Kizuna Judo is built on 絆 — the bond. The tie between the one who throws and the one who is thrown, between the student and the teacher who corrects them, between a person and the room that expects them on Tuesday.
You cannot practise judo by yourself. Every throw you own was given to you by someone willing to fall for it, a hundred times, so that you could learn. That debt is the art.
We train traditional Kodokan judo with a contemporary edge. Throws, groundwork, randori, kata. Beginners are met where they are. Competitors are sharpened. Everyone bows in.
